IoTC Webinar Series: Smart Buildings

The first out of 4 smart cities webinar series in April and May will seek to address the enormous opportunity that IOT technology has, to transform real estate development and impact commercial and residential markets.

It can be argued that no industry will define the future of smart cities and municipal economic development more than that of real estate development.

Internet of Things technology is enabling developers to construct buildings that better embody the priorities of property owners and managers. For example, building operational systems can harness data to create more desirable experiences for tenants. IoT-driven building enhancements have shown themselves to unlock real business value and performance. While most modern metropolitan buildings feature some form of digital intelligence such as HVAC, lighting, or fire safety, these widely known features only scratch the surface of what is possible.

By 2020, the IoT-enabled smart building market in North America is projected to reach $44.81 billion in revenue.

Our expert speakers will will discuss this topic and offer an open text Q&A after the sessions.

If you can’t attend the live session, the recording will be available to everyone that registers.
