Who You Are:
As a DevOps Engineer you will need to be passionate about solving problems, strong capabilities in troubleshooting issue on several platform in operational environments, proficient engineering automated solutions, and working well in a team environment.  You should believe in yourself and share your ideas with your team, comfortable with expressing and discussing your ideas.


  • Provide operational support for new and existing software and diagnosing production issues.
  • Work with the DevOps team to maintain operations of systems in all environments include development, test, staging, production, and others as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members in the daily scrum meetings and work assignments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations and team efficiency through various aspects integration and deployment automation.
  • Work with the Engineering to seamlessly integrate teams’ artifacts into operational systems will minimal impact to our customers.
  • Clearly Articulate and document processes, designs, and other produced artifacts to a diverse group of individuals.
  • Clearly present ideas to diverse groups comprised of people at various levels of management.
  • Telemetry and metrics, with a focus on Identifying and diagnosing performance issues and application health


Must Have

Minimum 2 years of experience in systems administration including both Linux and Windows based systems.

  • Minimum 1 using various scripting technologies such as bash, Python, PowerShell, and others.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in cloud computing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Service Fabric or any microservice architecture
  • Strong knowledge TCP/IP networking technologies
  • Strong knowledge of standard network security technologies
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud services.
  • Strong knowledge JSON and XML
  • Knowledge of GIT or other source control systems
  • Knowledge of VSTS automated build/deploy tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert information into practical deliverables.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to code and script for both physical and virtualized environments, such as and Azure and AWS.
  • Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment.
  • Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.
  • Adherence to policies, procedures and documentation standards.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Able to spend 1 week of 5 as 24 hour on call support engineer.


Nice to Have

  • The ability to read and understand general logic and flow of C# programming language.
  • Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS Design/Automation
  • Working knowledge of Confluence Wiki is a plus.
  • Certification in relevant technologies is a plus
