I’ll discuss current trends driven by advances in sensor technologies, wearables, voice assistants, artificial intelligence, and GPS capabilities and how this will shape the way we live and age well in single-family home or multi-family environments.
Andrew (Andy) Droney is Senior Director – Health and Innovation Programs at ADT and is responsible for account and revenue growth of ADT’s portfolio of Personal Emergency Response (PERS) products and related services. He is also responsible for operational efficiencies related to the deployment, delivery, installation and service of the ADT Health product line. Andy joined ADT in 2007 as Branch Manager of ADT’s Baltimore, Md., office. He later became Director of Customer experience and Director of Innovation programs where he was awarded a patent for his work on developing a “Portable System for Managing Events” (US#1034352).
Prior to ADT, Andy spent 11 years in operations management with Verizon focused on the deployment and infrastructure enhancements of Verizon’s FiOS network. Andy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Duke University in Durham, N.C., and earned his MBA from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa.
